Business Owners: We’re excited to announce some new features for MyTime Scheduler app available on both Android and iPhone. Check back often – we’re continuously making improvements based on your suggestions!
1. Delete Clients. Have clients in your list that you no longer need? Now it’s easy to remove them. Simply tap on the client, tap Edit, and click “Delete Client” at the bottom of the screen.
2. More flexibility on recurring appointments. If you’d like to book a recurring appointment for a client, you now have endless possibilities. We have some quick preset options such as “Every Two Weeks” and “Monthly.” However, if you want to choose a different period of time, click on “Other” and set your preference.
3. Easier-to-use Communicator. Based on your feedback, it’s now much more seamless to send messages through Communicator. Make sure you’re staying in close contact with your clients – even when you’re on the go.
4. Contact Preference. Your clients are able to set their contact preferences – whether it’s email, text, or phone. Not sure where to find this? Just look for the star icon next to the email/call/message buttons.
5. Pre-filled appointments are finally here! It’s now much faster and more convenient to re-book a client. When you click “Book next appointment” on the client details screen (see above), we will automatically pre-fill as much information as we can, so you can rebook your client in just a couple taps.
